Punch Cards and Gift Cards 

If you have fitness gift cards, fitness packages, passes or punch cards, we encourage you to use these or request a refund prior to September 30. After September 30 refunds for these items will not be available. The Spa will not be able to refund fitness/gym passes, gift cards or punch cards.
