"Exercising on my own just didn’t work for me. I feel safe and more confident with someone leading me, and with others who understand the challenges of neurological disorders. This class has so much variety – strength training, balance work, endurance and stretching. I see progress after every single session, and that is very motivating. My neurologist is very pleased with my continued progress and I haven’t needed physical therapy since I started attending this class. I know Fitness Counts is as important in fighting my disease as any medication I take."
