Tai Chi for Beginners
This introductory level Tai Chi program is a useful tool to rejuvenate and restore your health and wellbeing. Almost anyone can learn this program to help recover from conditions including stroke, heart disease, injury, surgical procedures or tiredness and stress.
Class Schedule
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
Tai Chi can help you reduce pain, stiffness and fatigue. It also improves strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. It also promotes correct body posture, integrates body and mind, imparts tranquility of mind and improves energy.
