Bryan LifePointe is pleased to offer one-on-one instruction with our health fitness instructors. They work with every new member to assess their health and orient them to their options at Bryan LifePointe.

Jon Cook,
NSCA CSPS Certified Personal Trainer

Jon graduated from Peru State College in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in sports management. He has more than 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and has been with Bryan LifePointe since 2006. As a health fitness instructor, Jon enjoys helping new members with health assessments and orientations, providing one-on-one personal training sessions and giving instruction to members on the various types of equipment. Jon is a member of both the American Heart Association and the American Council on Exercise. He works with all age groups and is the instructor for the weight circuit class. When not at work, Jon enjoys playing softball, hunting, fishing, camping, cycling, hiking and spending time with his two sons and dog.

Jodi Sudik,
Certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist

"I am dedicated to helping clients find a good balance between work, family and play. It's important to keep your mind and body active."

Jodi works with her clients to achieve lifestyle goals and overcome any barriers. She has been in the health and fitness field for over 20 years and works with clients with chronic health conditions, and those needing and wanting to remain healthy. Jodi specializes in fitness for pre/post natal clients and also smoking cessation. Jodi has a bachelor's in physical and health education and is certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist.

Kristi Beyer

Kristi Beyer,
ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Kristi is dedicated to helping clients with chronic conditions such as cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, fibromyalgia and orthopedic concerns. She has an understanding of nutritional needs, physical needs and balancing the fast paced world in which we live. She has a master's degree in exercise physiology and more than 10 years in the health and fitness field. She is an ACSM registered clinical exercise physiologist.

Kimberly Havranek
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Kimberly earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science at Wayne State College. While there, she worked at a wellness center where she taught group exercise classes. She graduated in 2012, and immediately began her work as a personal trainer, helping people one-on-one and in small groups. She also led the summer workout program for Wayne high school athletes in 2011, 2012 and 2013. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer and holds certifications in NETA Cycling, Les Mills CXWorx and TRX. Kimberly continues to follow her passion at LifePointe as a personal trainer and teaches a variety of group exercise classes for various ages and fitness levels. She specializes in general health and fitness, strength and conditioning, and weight loss.

Nicole Morton,
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer 

Nicole received her master's degree in kinesiology from the College of St. Mary, and her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Peru State. Nicole completed an internship with Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital as research assistant for children who live with physical and neurological limitations. During her graduate program Nicole worked as a PT/OT technician at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, helping with special population rehab. Nicole completed a final internship at Bryan LifePointe, working with the Fitness Counts program. She specializes in aquatics and special populations. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, budget-friendly remodeling, swimming and playing outdoors with her dog. 

michaela geiser

Michaela Geiser,
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Michaela received her bachelor of science degree in exercise science at Wayne State College. The Broken Bow native has certifications in ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Basic Life Support for the Health Care Provider.

As a college intern at Bryan LifePointe, Michaela worked with a variety of programs and services on both clinical and non clinical sides. After graduating from Wayne State in May 2015, she joined the Bryan LifePointe medical fitness team in several capacities, initially as a floor monitor and health fitness instructor, then as a health fitness instructor with cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Michaela has worked with the LifeSpring cancer recovery program, Size Wise and various projects for Bryan LifePointe. She enjoys working with all ages and populations, and as an ACSM certified personal trainer, Michaela looks forward to helping clients set and reach their health fitness goals. She specializes in general fitness, weight loss, and working with cardiac and pulmonary clients.
