This 30-minute workout teaches the different techniques used in a group cycling class.


Cycling Challenge

A 60-minute workout to challenge the intermediate/advanced level participant; includes interval work at a higher intensity.


Lunchtime Cycling

This moderate to high intensity workout is the perfect way to get fit over lunch!

Classes available to non-members with the purchase of a punch card.
