A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered and calm
Each class begins with Tai Chi moves to relax your body and help you relieve any stress. Your instructor will then take you through various Yoga and Pilates moves to strengthen and tone your key muscle groups, create suppleness and increase flexibility.
The final piece of the class is a time for meditation, which enhances the effect of the exercise.
Classes are free to members, and open to the public with the purchase of a punch card.
