Health Screenings

Comprehensive Blood Screening 

Includes a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel (cholesterol) and hemogram. Do not register for cholesterol only screening if registering for this screening. 12 hours fasting is required. $30 

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Screening

Determines if your thyroid is working properly. BIOTIN WARNING: For more accurate results, please discontinue taking this supplement 24-72 hours prior to screening. $24

Cholesterol Only Screening (Lipid)

Measures the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides in your blood. 12 hours fasting is required.  This is included in the Comprehensive Blood Screening. $22

Glycohemoglobin (HbA1c) Screening

Indicates average blood sugar levels over the previous two-three months. $14

Please note for onsite classes local directive health measures will be followed; masks are required, temperatures will be taken and social distancing enforced.

Screening results can be uploaded into MYChart or mailed to the patient within 10-14 days.
