Yoga

A gentle, slow moving yoga designed for beginners. You will learn poses along with breathing and relaxation techniques



Gentle/Chair Yoga

Great class for individuals with hesitancy, tightness, balance problems, stiffness or other special needs to practice yoga with security, confidence and safety



Yoga for Stress Reduction

Regain control of your stress through relaxation techniques and yoga postures. This class effectively helps you to achieve the calming effects of the relaxation response which increases energy and focus, combats illness, relieves aches and pains, heightens problem solving abilities and boosts motivation and productivity.


Yin Yoga

This specific type of yoga has its focus on slowly and gently stretching the body's deeper connective tissue involving a total release of the muscles and sustained stretching for several minutes. The benefits are centered on joint flexibility and mobility and calming the mind and nervous system.
