Meet Our Trainers

You don't have to do it alone!

Bryan LifePointe is pleased to offer one-on-one instruction with our health fitness instructors. They work with every new member to assess their health and orient them to their options at Bryan LifePointe.

jon cook

Jon Cook,
Health Fitness Instructor

Jon graduated from Peru State College in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in sports management. He has more than eight years of experience as a personal trainer and have been with Bryan LifePointe since 2006. As a health fitness instructor, Jon enjoys helping new members with health assessments and orientations, providing one-on-one personal training sessions and giving instruction to members on the various types of equipment. Jon is a member of both the American Heart Association and the American Council on Exercise. He works with all age groups and is the instructor for the weight circuit class. When not at work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, hunting, fishing and watching sports.

sarah burbach

Sarah Burbach,
Health Fitness Instructor

Sarah graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and recently earned her Master's Degree in Physical Activity in Health Promotion from University of Nebraska-Omaha. She has been with Bryan LifePointe since January 2008. She enjoys providing personal training sessions, new member orientations and assessments, helping individuals start their exercise programs and assisting members on the equipment floor. Sarah is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and International Fitness Professionals Association. When not working, Sarah enjoys playing softball, golfing, shopping and playing with her black lab.

jodi sudik

Jodi Sudik,
Certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist

"I am dedicated to helping clients find a good balance between work, family and play. It's important to keep your mind and body active."

Jodi works with her clients to achieve lifestyle goals and overcome any barriers. She has been in the health and fitness field for over 20 years and works with clients with chronic health conditions, and those needing and wanting to remain healthy. Jodi specializes in fitness for pre/post natal clients and also smoking cessation. Jodi has a bachelor's in physical and health education and is certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist.

Kristi Beyer

Kristi Beyer,
ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Kristi is dedicated to helping clients with chronic conditions such as cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, fibromyalgia and orthopedic concerns. She has an understanding of nutritional needs, physical needs and balancing the fast paced world in which we live. She has a master's degree in exercise physiology and more than 10 years in the health and fitness field. She is an ACSM registered clinical exercise physiologist.

marilyn regueria

Marilyn Regueria,
Health Fitness Instructor

Marilyn received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a bachelor's degree in business management and sports management from College of St. Mary's in Omaha. Marilyn has experience in the health and fitness field working with clients of all age levels and abilities. She currently teaches aquatic classes, group fitness classes, swimming lessons and personal training. She enjoys sports, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

nick reimers

Nick Reimers, Exercise Specialist

Nick has a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln specializing in exercise and nutrition. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is actively pursuing its Certified Special Population Specialist certification. Before joining Bryan LifePointe, Nick was a lecturer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for exercise and health behavior. Nick is committed to providing safe, effective and evidence-based exercise programming for those suffering from chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease and diabetes. He has worked in physical therapy as a technician, corporate wellness; led weight-loss and health promotion programs, and has served as personal trainer for clients of all ages and abilities. His hobbies include participating in recreational basketball, softball, volleyball, Frisbee golf, wakeboarding and fishing, as well as spending time with family.

jake pruss

Jake Pruss,
Health Fitness Instructor

Jake graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, exercise and health sciences. He has been at Bryan LifePointe since 2013; before that he worked as a physical therapy technician. Jake is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist and plans to continue his education. As a health coach, he enjoys helping people of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. In addition to teaching the exercise portion of the Trim and Fit class, he also provides services that include member assessments, orientations, one-on-one personal training and group personal training. Jake’s hobbies are golfing, playing basketball and sand volleyball, camping, watching movies, reading and spending time with family and friends.
